you know, when i had a dream months ago about the school prom being held malay void deck wedding style, and me wondering around aimlessly despite the nagging knowledge in my head that i hadn't gotten an outfit, it didn't occur to me that it would be an actual portent of things to come. the hours sped by quickly as i wandered around the tables like a ghost. the skies darkened and i knew i had no proper attire but i just persisted on floating about.

hours before the event, i haven't collected my shirt nor have i completed other things i was supposed to do before.
